BeFirst Swim Team is a year-round, competitive swim team that competes in USA Swimming, B1ST has produced swimmers who have competed at US Open, Jr. Nationals, Futures, Sectionals, Eastern Zones, and Junior and Senior Championships. All our Coaches are USA Swimming certified.

      We empower swimmers of all levels and abilities to be successful both in and out of the water

    Established in 2015, the BeFirst Swim Team (B1ST) continues to do what it does best - provide quality instruction for swimmers and parents, and produce outstanding young men and women.

    B1ST has developed many of young athletes who have won a total of 71 medals of prestigious Middle Atlantic competitions:

    B1ST graduates have attended prestigious universities and have found considerable success in their post-swimming careers.

    Our record of achievement is not a coincidence. Training for competitive swimming fosters a healthy, attentive mind, which is eager for learning of all kinds. This activity provides personal, social and intellectual support for individual growth. Dreams, the stimuli for youth, can be realized in the positive and challenging environment found at B1ST.

    The club's objective is simple in concept, offering activities that foster unity and stability during crucial years of childhood development. Team functions, swim meets link parents, swimmers and coaches in a spirit of acceptance and cooperation. B1ST parents and coaches contribute time and effort to support a stimulating and pleasant atmosphere for child growth. Winning with B1ST is the byproduct of the fun, enthusiasm and hard work of its membership. At B1ST, success is forged in the combination of creative imagination and hard work.
